As the few 1-star reviews mentioned (rather melodramatically) - there aren't any holes in the cover allowing you to reach either the seatbelt or the baby seat safety clips. So you can't clip your dogs safety harness in. I solved this issue in 2min with my jackknife. A bit of a shame to have to cut holes in a brand new cover, but its worked fine now for years.
I've had two of these for 8 years and we abuse the crap out of them with constant muddy hiking dogs. They wash or hose off great and dry quickly. Zippers are sturdy, backing is quilted, and nothing peels or comes apart. Even the stitching is still perfect. I would give this 5 stars, but it could use improvement in one respect, and that is that you can't use dog seat belts with it without unzipping the middle section partway, which of course does allow some dirt to get to the seats. If this hammock had a small dedicated opening to allow a dog seatbelt strap and clip through the wood be perfect.
Love the long-tail women's tips and the no-yank tanks.
I had to adjust the seat saver to my car. This was expected. The only thing missing is an access to tether my dog to the seat belt.
