Men's No-Rainer Jacket
The original No-Rainer was already a hit with our Seattle Trades Panel – they gave it high marks for both durability and breathability on the job in sopping-wet conditions. But that doesn’t stop us from charging ahead with workwear innovation at Duluth. The updated No-Rainer™ Jacket is now even MORE breathable, fit for working up a sweat in the pouring rain. It’s 100% waterproof and seam sealed, with rugged nylon fabric that’s treated with a DWR finish so water rolls off instead of clinging to the shell. Plus fine-tuned features like underarm panels give you the freedom to move without the waist hiking up, with pit zips that vent sweat without taking on rainwater. Bone-dry. More breathable. Smarter built. It all makes the new No-Rainer our most comfortable rain gear yet when you’re working up a storm.

The hood doesn't give enough coverage, hits right where my husbands forehead begins. Granted, he does have a large German noggin, this is the first raincoat that he's had this issue with. Also, design could really use an inside pocket. Haven't tested it in the rain as we're likely returning it due to the hood issue. It sounds like it offers good rain protection.
It seems like an ok jacket. It has some nice features, like pit zips, lots of pockets, and the price. The fabric is definitely a bit stiff. We'll see if it softens after it's washed. Initially I ordered it in black. Once it arrived though, that light colored liner, which didn't look too bad in the photos, really detracted from the coats appearance. I returned it for the olive green, which got marked waaaay down a few weeks later. Plus, Duluth added some different color choices, which weren't shown when I purchased mine. Wish I knew that those things were going to happen. I haven't really worn the coat out in a good downpour, so the jury's still out as to how waterproof the coat is.
Been looking for an outer shell to wear as part of a winter layering clothing system as well as a rain shell during inclement weather. I have only used it a few times but have been very satisfied with this product and am impressed with the quality.
This is my third jacket. Too small ordered a 3 XL More like an XL. Loved my other 2 regret buying this one. Material seem thinner and cheaper than the on I bought 2 years ago. I still have my original jacket 2015. Wear it regularly. I live in Portland
