I cannot stand shorts above my knees. I would rather suffer wearing full pants on the hottest day of summer. Both for work and my leisure time, it's the safer bet to wear pants. There is no predicting what I end up doing, working on, walking through, or maybe standing in line for whatever. Bottom line, I'm willing to sacrifice a little bit exposed skin for the comfort of shorts in brutal heat. That said, I will not turn down the opportunity to weld up a quick repair just because I would need to go home and change. These sit right at the bottom of my knee cap when standing, and just a little higher when sitting. The legs are wide, so I don't feel like I'm wearing old school track shorts. Ugh, those days were tough. I've searched high and low for durable shorts in this length. The problem seems to be the combination of the length and the durability. These shorts meet my expectations, and for a fair price. At first I thought it was steep for just a pair of shorts, but I will gladly pay for what fits and actually lasts. Quality is increasingly rare, but I acknowledge it when I find it.
Long and lanky guys need good work shorts too. How come there's no 13in inseam in waist size 32?

These shorts are on the pricey side but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. These shorts are great quality and heavy duty which means they will last longer

For me I'm a slim person so they should have some slim fit shorts available.
