I thought that I would give this a try for my trip to Europe in mid-December. Great for layering with thermals and a sweater when the temp is in the 40s or just by itself with a pair of jeans indoors. It runs small, so order a size up. It is so very comfy and cute. It also has little thumb holes to the tops of your hands warm.
This is a great base layer shirt. It is warm, soft and very comfortable. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs and I got the XS. I do not think it runs small like others have stated.
This is pictured nice and long. Mine arrived short, thin, and cheap looking. It was 49.99 on sale. I should send it back. Very disappointed.
Love the fabric - it's light but surprisingly warm and the surprise thumb holes are fabulous! One issue for me: I'm 5'7, relatively slim figure, about 140 lbs. After reading the comments which said to size up, I bought a Medium since I have broad shoulders (although I typically wear a size small in Duluth). Well, the medium is actually too big and baggy on me - it will be returned for a small so size up at your own discretion!

Even though it's wintertime, I didn't think I needed or wanted a long-sleeved shirt for the gym. I was wrong. This shirt didn't make me feel overly warm at the gym but offered a gentle warmness that I appreciated. The only time I felt a little warm was when I was on the treadmill and I pushed up the sleeves and I was fine. The shirt is soft and well-made.
