Works great

I use these gloves for riding my road bike. Like the extra padding in the palms. I bought the women's large.....in other gloves I wear a sm/med. So, they run small.

Long gardening gloves

The gloves are protective of the hands however, the yellow tint stains hands badly every time you use the gloves if there is moisture in the dirt or the gloves get moist. The color is hard to remove.

Super Tuff

I do all kinds of things in these gloves from home gardening to working out on my land sawing down trees. Not sweaty at all and super durable, well worth the money. I go through cowhide gloves in one day of hard work so it would only take one full week to break even on this work gear investment! I love Duluth from fingertips to ankles!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Leather dye comes off on hands/fingers wore through

Excellent forearm protection. I started wearing them not only when working with thorny plants, but as my everyday gloves to prevent contact irritation. Please consider making these without leather dye. My hands are orange/tan after I wear them. Two fingers have worn through already. I'm going to see if the holes can be stitched closed.

Lasted only a few months.

These were fine when they were new, but quickly opened seams and have huge holes in the fingertips. I have a lot of wild blackberry on my property and even with a second pair of gloves I've gotten some nasty injuries. Considering that I don't have a huge yard and only can garden May-September in my climate, it is really disappointing how quickly these fell apart. I actually considered buying a replacement pair, but apparently there isn't a size small anymore.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
