This shoe is true to size for me, I need a wide toe base and a small heel, which it has. Currently using this as my dog walking and indoor workout shoe and it is just perfect - lightweight - airy and fits me just right!
Feel soft and not confining. That said they do feel supportive.
Love these speed shoes! They have support and comfort built in together. I was attracted by the color and style but they are SO much more. Only little advice is try them on. I have a large wide foot for my size. I usually wear a 10 and have bought Keens in 10 but sized DOWN to a nine and a half.
