Angry Beaver Pie Iron

There’s something special about cooking over an open flame, but there’s a limit to how many tin-foil dinners you can stomach. Instead, use this ingenious iron to serve up melty grilled cheese sandwiches, pizza pockets, mouthwatering hand pies and so much more. You can even bake individual cookies and, yes, your favorite fruit-filled tarts! Start simple: Place 2 pieces of bread, buttered side down, in the iron. Add your filling – from ham and cheese to cherry pie filling. Close the iron, hold it over the flame for 2 to 3 minutes, let cool for a minute and dig in.
