I got tired of tightening my belt so much that it cut off my circulation and my pants STILL wouldn't stay up so I bought a pair of suspenders from a well known supply company. The clips would slip off every time I bent over or reached for something. Theses suspenders are perfect. They have strong clips that don't slip off. The stretchy material allows you to bend and reach easily without getting tight and uncomfortable. I am 6'1" and they are easily adjustable and long enough to fit me. They are totally worth the money!

Most suspenders have all the support of soggy noodles. Not these. They’re as strong and resilient as the lumberjacks who wore this bold buffalo check as they felled towering timber with nothing more than an axe and broadsaw. The heavy-duty webbing can hold up rugged work pants without sagging, yet built-in flex lets you swing an axe in total freedom. Brawny metal hardware holds tight to tough fabrics and the sliders stay put after you adjust your suspenders to your liking. Timber!

I'll be as real and blunt as possible: as an obese man, my dignity is absolutely linked to how well I can keep my pants properly seated on my waist. I dislike belts because they require constant adjustment, cinching them too tight, and even then, they'll continue to slide downwards. It's embarrassing to always be hoisting my pants back into position throughout the day, and this occurs during the most inconvenient times! Years ago, I discovered the value of suspenders and since then, I've been on a journey to find the best ones. Please understand this: I'm a nerd. I research, explore, tinker and create. I went down the rabbit hole of learning how to make my own suspenders because what was available for sale didn't really work for me, since my pants tend to be heavy (due to all the gear I carry). I even do suspenders + belt. Eventually I started to custom-build suspenders to my needs. And those are amazing, but they are time-consuming and expensive (for all the materials needed). I discovered the Arcade stretch suspenders a few weeks ago on Duluth's website, and when I looked at the product images, I immediately knew why they would be exemplary! Like regular suspenders, they have metal teeth to bite into fabrics. HOWEVER, they also have additional blocks inside the clamping assembly, and those blocks help to secure the suspenders to fabrics even better! I bought these suspenders IMMEDIATELY, and after a few days of usage, I can testify that they are the absolute best. I have worn these with several pairs of pants, doing everything from my 9-5 job, taking hikes, and even on my photography assignments, and they do not let me down (pun intended)! They work incredibly well, don't tear into my clothing (like regular suspender teeth do), and the construction of the suspenders are top notch. Run your hands over the fabric, and you'll get a sense for the durability and quality of materials in use. I stake my reputation on this: You will love these suspenders!
