We bought this box in red for our 39 yr old son/stepson and it was a huge hit! Blair loved how rugged it was, how there was a removable partioned top shelf, and the really gorgeous red. I ended up with three of these, matte black, then marsh green and finally Navy blue. Good size for smaller gear. I use one for drawing supplies, another for paint (tubes, brushes, tins). The big seller here is the segmented tray. Keeps things squared away and simple to keep close to hand. The newest one is a under consideration. Not inexpensive but good to find them when on sale. Solid and made without apparent flaws. I expect to have these in service for years.
