Apron Smock Blocks Messes, Holds a Bountiful Harvest

Think aprons have to be heavy, hot and bulky to keep your clothes protected? No more! We’ve dug deep to come up with an apron unlike any other – flexible, tough-yet-lightweight, with the capacity to handle your plentiful garden output. Our Heirloom Gardening® Apron Smock is engineered with the same stretchy, abrasion-resisting ripstop nylon as our top-selling Heirloom Gardening Overalls. Smock styling gives you maximum coverage that won’t infringe on your freedom of movement. A special stain-repellent finish means ground-in dirt and stubborn grass stains wash right out. And get this: A snap closure on one shoulder means you can slide it down and step out without dirtying whatever you’re wearing underneath. Naturally, it’s packed with pockets plus a fold-up front skirt that zips at the sides to form a giant pouch that’s perfect for harvesting on the go.

Needs to be just a bit bigger

For a one size fits all it needs to be just a bit bigger.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Question about: Heirloom Gardening Apron Smock

It says "One Size", are the measurements on the regular "One Size" the same as the Plus "One Size"? Thanks but hurry I want to get my order in before they're gone please! So cute, and useful!

Love it but made some modifications

I have the Heirloom Gardening Apron Smock in the pattern version. It's so comfortable but I did make some modifications. First, I cut out the middle back pocket...with the elastic it pooched out and besides making it look like I had a larger butt than I have, it resembled an old man's long johns flap. The fabric is tight (lovely) and isn't raveling. THEN, the sides bothered me, so I stitched from top split down halfway. Perfect! Now it fits well and looks good and still zips up for the garden.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Too restrictive

I am a medium/large in the heirloom overalls typically - so I thought this would fit just fine. It runs super small. I would not be able to use this gardening - I slipped it on while working at my potting table and couldn't stand it. Returned it. I suppose I could try the plus size, but I bought a different gardening smock from Duluth that fits much better.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
