I'm a railroad worker, and this is a great lunch box. I needed something tough, built to last, and this little guy has proven itself. Plenty of room with added compartments to separate the food from the drinks, and keeps things nice a cold.... Highly recommend

I've had the Karl for over 5 years now and I loved it so much I bought a new one. I abuse the heck out of it and it has held up well. Tons of space for everything you want to bring with you to the job site.
I bought Karl's Lunchbox for my ex-husband. He is a driver for FedEx and sometimes doesn't get time to stop for a snack and such. He also keeps his maps and other odds and ends in his lunchbox. His old one was looking very ratty and grungy. He saw my brother's (he has an aged Karl's also and will be ordering a new one soon) and really liked it so I surprised him with one. He hasn't used it yet (still healing from a broken wrist on 10/19). Pretty sure he will love it though. Thank you.
When I leave for a trip on the train I pack 2-3 days off food as well as some other things. Been using it a few weeks and it seems very well built and had worked great. I also bought the small version the Louie for when I work local and don't go out of town on a multi day trip.
Finally replaced my first one after putting it through 8+hour shifts 5+ days per week for 6+ years. The plastic-like lining on the inside of the lower portion gave out months ago. The top is big enough for anything reasonable/necessary (utensils, chargers, shaker bottle and small container of pre-workout or protein, snacks- you name it- it can handle it) and the bottom section usually still kept my ice packs solid for 8+ hours and drinks ice cold or food like it just came out of a fridge. Couple that with crushing it with other gear in the car, and it held up. Ordered a new one because it was time for a new one for another few years. We'll worth the money.
