Bought this one week before Black Friday. Duh...my bad. The Black Friday sale marked the bag down 50% from what I paid. Tried to get through to Customer Service 3 times to ask if my price could be adjusted. Didn't want to play the "buy another one on sale and return the original" game. No luck. Just endlessly looped music on hold. Nice high-quality product, but Customer Service turned out to be MIA.

Ive had my bag for over two years. I use it daily. Nothing and i mean nothing has broken. Its been a checked bag for flights from bangkok Thailand to jfk airport. Ive thrown it around dropped it from 10 plus feet. Im constantly going somewhere. This bag is made for the rough life. Would like to see a black bag with red flanel on the inside
