The pants pocket layout is good. They run true to size. The standard fit is a little small in the rise, and slimmer than I'm used to with other duluth standard fit pants. The fabric doesn't really seem like a canvas though it states that it is canvas. Recommendations to improve would be to add a bellow to the cargo pocket and perhaps make the drop in pockets opening less wide then the cargo pocket opening. I loose tools/ phone in the drop in pocket behind the cargo pocket. Increase the rise to give a bit more room between the waist band and the crotch of the pants.

I buy these for my husband for work pants. He works multiple jobs and these work great for him. He works outside in the dirt and he is also a small construction contractor. They are not binding when stretching and bending. The material holds up under all types of work. They are comfortable and durable. Love when we can find them on sale.
These pants are not canvas material its twill ,,,I just ordered them,,,there just like the twill fabric like the regular 40 grit for cheaper,,,the only thing different is extra pockets that it!!!!
