Men's Ballroom Relaxed Fit Jeans
"I like the fact that you designed your jeans without the cheap hotel syndrome (no ballroom)," wrote John P. from Ohio. Good point, John - so now we call them Ballroom® Jeans. They're cut on the easy side, and built with the added comfort of our F.O.M.™ (Freedom Of Movement) Crouch Gusset, so they don't feel too tight when you bend, stoop or squat. The waistband, bottom leg openings and pockets are lined with Fire Hose® canvas - these babies are NOT going to fray, rip out or get holes in 'em from nails. Finally, side pockets are a full 12" deep so your stuff doesn't fall out. So go ahead: bend, crouch, climb, do the hokey pokey in comfort.
- Classic 5-pocket jeans styling
- Hidden Crouch Gusset® for freedom of movement
- Waistband, cuffs and pockets are lined in Fire Hose canvas for durability
- Bartacked back pockets staunchly resist rip outs
- Extra-deep 12" side pockets
- Prewashed for broken-in comfort
- Hardy 14.8-oz. 100% cotton denim
- Relaxed Fit – same generous Tradesman Fit you love, now with a new name. Sits at the waist, and generously sized for ease of movement on the job.

I have 6 pair of these jeans because I gave up replacing other name brand jeans after less than a year. I was happy with these till the pockets started ripping. First pair I thought was a fluke or bad luck. Second I thought maybe bad batch. On my third pair with ripped pocket. All I have in the pocket is my keys. Fix the pockets and these are 5 star jeans.

I first started buying Duluth jeans back in 2018. They were great quality, and lasted me a few years of continuous use. Bought 4 pair to replace the older ones that I wore through. In six months, the crotch area ripped in two of the pair, by simply crouching down. It's a real shame, because I really liked the older ones I had for how well they held up. If you decide to get these, be careful how you bend down! Also note, these seem to run 2" smaller in the waist than other companies. Guess I'll be on the hunt for another brand of durable jeans.

The jeans fit my husband beautifully but unfortunately, they developed a hole within 2 weeks of wearing. This is the 2nd pair he has managed to put a hole in with less than a month of wear. On the plus side, Duluth's return policy and procedure is very straight forward!
I purchased 5 pairs of the light colored jeans and started wearing 2 pairs of them. I only wore them for good and not work and within a couple of months the crotch ripped out in the wash. The fabric seems to be running the wrong way and must make them weak. The other three pair I just started wearing one of them to see how long this pair lasts. I also still have two pairs with the tags still on them. More than likely I will have to contact customer support to return them also when they rip out!
