I agree with the others who wonder why a good pair of pants was discontinued in favor of these. They do not have the fit, functionality, or look that the original version had. I hope Duluth will listen to us and find a way to bring the old verson back. I also loved the 11 inch short pants version. I am glad I bought three pair last year. Will not buy this version again.

Rugged and Refined Without the Bind!
From hammering out a contract to a night out with your S.O., now and then men just have to look decent. And they should be able to do it without the indecent crowding of their most priceless parts. We have the cure: DuluthFlex Ballroom Khaki 2.0 Relaxed Fit Pants. We’ve upgraded the fabric to a smoother, more refined cotton/polyester blend with a shot of spandex for liberating flex. Added a no-gap waistband and a longer Crouch Gusset® for comfort where it counts most. And, we equipped them with 6 total pockets, including a zippered cellphone pocket and pencil sleeve.

The pants I've been ordering since 2020 have been canceled and these are garbage. Do not waste your time ordering these. Duluth is obviously having some serious financial problems because their selection has been poor since January. The old pants were amazing with a cell phone pocket in it, I don't know why they stopped making them. I would love to find out where they were having them made, and purchased them from the original manufacturer over in India or Bolivia or Guatemala wherever they were being made. I would pay them to continue making those pants. I'm having to switch brands because they no longer make the originals.
Why does Duluth Insist on changing the originals? Just keep running this company into the ground
I'm a longtime lover of the previous version. These are not as good. The side zipper pocket is a terrible change. That single factor is the reason I only gave 2 stars. The new fabric is fine. There's a little bit of stretch and they are pretty comfortable. Put the old pocket back and I'm fine with them.
Not jeans, not dress pants. Just what you need for those in-between moments.
