I bought 2 of these shirts. Perhaps the best lightweight over shirts I've ever had. Hand warmer pockets, rugged fabric, relaxed fit are all excellent features. My only wish would be for snaps rather than buttons. And maybe some more colors

The weathered jackets worn by the first roughnecks in North Dakota. The time-worn riggers bag that carried pipeline tools. Both had the suppleness and worn-in character that only years of hard work could achieve. But you don’t have to wait that long. Fire Hose® VintageFlex has all the strength and durability of our legendary work canvas, yet boasts the been-there, dominated-that comfort of a well-worn favorite. Better yet, we’ve woven in 3% spandex to add a level of flexible freedom that Granddad could only imagine. Reach Gussets® give you ample arm-swinging room, even when you layer this shirt jac over a hoodie. Double-needle stitching and reinforced elbows stand strong against the grittiest job. Throw on this throwback and master the day.
Size
Fit is just slightly larger, but is perfect over a tee or a flannel. Please bring back in the same as well as new colors...he needs more of these!
Tho I've only had this for one solid season and going into my second. This jacket fits (relaxed) and is great for all temperatures. Keeps you warm with out over heating on the job and plenty of maneuverability in the arms when working overhead the pockets are plenty big and can put plenty of stuff in them. I travel for work Worn down into the 20F great in those northern snowy parts and light enough for those mix up of southern winters. Does not have zipper but that is no problem. Loose enough to throw a hoodie underneath or another layer as Temps get colder and still hold its flex. Not super bulky.
The box was poorly taped shut was coming undone barely made it buttons were right there getting ready to fall out .
Heavy weight fabric might seem a little stiff, but but it will loosen up as it ages. I have always worn 2XLT, but ordered both the 2XLT and XLT based on lots of comments about it running large. Returned the larger one as the XLT is still big enough to wear over either my thin wind jacket or even my Duluth fleece vest. The XLT is just a hair big with only my long sleeve performance tees on, but I but not overly large. The side hand pockets are very generous. I think I'll have my wife close up the inside bottom corner of the pocket to create and "inside drop in pocket as a custom upgrade. The front pockets are generous, and but I would rather them not have flaps. Also, a pencil pocket on each sleeve would be a great upgrade feature (for my own personal needs in the shop). I'm still wearing a Duluth fleece Grab Jacket which is now about 17 years old, and I expect I'll get that much or even longer Debbie from this firehose overshirt.
