The wonderful shoe is too big for me. I would probably fit better with your 11/1/2 size. Send me a label and I will trade the shoe as I did not wear it outside my house. I tried it on my carpet.

I bought this as a casual knock around shoe, was looking for something in blue. I am a 13 Wide and the shoe is right on as far as sizing. But the issue for me as i have some balance issues the shoe sits on an angle. Meaning there is a step up on the heal which causes me To walk forward which makes my foot flop. I wanted to love it but this heal/sole difference is enough that i really cant wear them

I found the heel section of the shoe to be too high in relation to the rest of the shoe so as to push my step forward. Also, the heel section was quite hard like I was stepping on a wooden insert. Returned for refund.

I live in the PacificNW of the US and having a waterproof shoe is pretty much a must. I had received some Duluth gift cards for Christmas so I headed down to see what they had that might fit the bill. First of all this shoe has an *excellent* footbed. In most of my shoes I usually swap in inserts to get a more supportive feel. This shoe is great stock. It is very supportive without being squishy. I have now used this shoe hiking, around town, to my classes (I'm a teacher) and even mountain biking. They are indeed waterproof, the sole is grippy and it is comfortable all day.

These are the fourth pair of shoes for my husband. He LOVES them. He has had several back surgeries and these help take pressure off of his back and is able to stay in his feet a little longer. Will continue to order these for him. Thank you for making his life a little less painful.
