These are not regular pants, order your normal pants size and they will fit right over them. Nice and heavy. Exactly as I expected, quality was on par.

Details
Winter after blisteringly cold winter, working men have trusted Superior Outerwear to shelter them from Duluth’s temperature extremes. And now there’s a newcomer to carry on this weather-protective legacy: Superior Fire Hose® Pants. Like its forebears, they’re crafted of 11.5-oz. Fire Hose® cotton canvas that’s unfazed by raw lumber, rough concrete and other abrasive surfaces. A FendOff Finish® fabric treatment repels moisture, so snow, sleet and stains bead up and roll right off. Bulk-free 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation effectively traps body heat, letting you work in warmth and freedom. Waterproof, abrasion-resistant knee patches extend all the way around the bottom leg hem, so you can kneel in slush without getting soaked. Extra-long 2-way leg zips allow easy on/off over heavy boots. Double-layer leg hems, utility loops and back pockets fight fraying. They’re superior in every sense of the word!
Size
I don't know what everybody else is talking about. But I tried these on and bought them and they are my original pants size. Branded the legs are very baggy, but the waist fits fine.
These were designed not to be pants that you wear as normal pants. These were designed to wear over your normal pants in extreme cold environments. That is the reason for the full length leg zippers, and zip vents on the side of the pants. So for somebody in construction, farming, Ranching, Hunting or day long work or adventure outing where it starts out super cold and then it warms up a bit. These are perfect. As it warms up, you can take these off and still be ready to rock without having to go back to the Homestead. These are for the true outdoorsman or working man. Yes they are overlarge that's what they were designed for. They are quality made, and very warm and work perfectly in those environments.
Are you the guy who buys underwear and thinks they're sized wrong because they're don't fit over your pants? If so you won't like these. These have full length leg zippers and belt loops for a reason. Used today with the snowblower and wet snow and they are great.
these pants are high-waisted and work best with suspenders. it's an old trouser style that is warm and comfortable, I hope Duluth keeps making them. I ordered the smallest size I can generally fit into and they fit well
