I ordered the Superior Firehose Vest online to be picked up at my local store hoping to have it for an upcoming hunting trip. When I ordered, it said it would be ready to pick up the next day and I wasn't leaving for 4 days, so figured I should have it in plenty of time. Credit card was charged right away, but I never received an email that the vest was ready to pick up and I and can't get a response from customer service. Sat on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes and never got through. Tried emailing and got an auto response that they try to respond within 48-72 hours, a pretty pathetic aspiration to begin with in my book, and now 5 days after the email still no response. Tried their online chat today for quite a while, but it just continues sending automated "we're experiencing a high volume of chats, are you still there" message every 10 minutes or so and if you fail to say yes in time, they close the chat. After nearly an hour I was on a phone call and missed the disconnect notice and they closed the chat. Horrible horrible customer service. Too bad they're not as quick to deal with problems as they are to charge your card.
Perfect fit - great price - Telephone agent was extremely helpful - BUT wrong product was shipped, a red shirt not a oak color vest. returned to your store and exchanged it for the correct product.. NO problem, no question perfect experence

I bought one three years ago and it was amazing, I work in blue collar and where it everyday in the winter. Mine finally blew out on me so I ordered a new one can't wait to get it!
