Difficult time to exchange purchase for another item

Purchased jacket but unfamiliar with fabric. Did not like it. To heavy and warm. Tried to return it for another jacket. Complicated return instructions. Ended having the same jacket being sent again. Had post office refuse. Have no idea if I have credit. No communication

Great waterproof jacket

Bought a size medium (I'm 6'1" so ordered men's for longer sleeves). Great length and sleeve length though a little big in body. Waterproof- not just resistant- and good for a downpour. Tested it in a waterfall and my top and butt stayed dry. Going to buy one for my husband. Highly recommend
