I ordered this item to compliment my first aid kit that I take with me while hunting or target shooting. The only issue I have with it is that it was shipped to me with a "use by" date that was only seven months away. Not that I adhere strictly to those type of labels but I would of felt better about this trauma pack if the date was a bit further in the future. On the plus side I would highly recommend this product for any individual who likes to be prepared for the unexpected.

Let's hope you never have a sucking chest wound on the job. Ditto for bloody head injuries. But if you do, you'll be glad you had our Trauma Pak in your tool bag. Lifesaving kit includes QuikClot sponge (which rapidly stops severe bleeding), 5"x 9" trauma pad, nitrile gloves and hand wipe, duct tape, triangular bandage, sterile gauze dressing in 2 sizes, 3" bandage with conforming gauze, antiseptic wipes, resealable bag for bio-waste and a helpful how-to guide for administering urgent aid.

I carry a trams pack in each vehicle. You never know when you will need it. The same goes with most of their products. I use at least one every day.
I was stunned when I received this kit; it seems very small and over-priced. It's the first disappointment I've experienced with a Duluth product.
While I do not handle dangerous power tools or weapons, I am on blood thinners. Having this pack handy where ever I go gives me confidence that if started bleeding from any wound that I would be able to stop it quickly until help could arrive. To me that is priceless reassurance! This is the second pack I have ordered to keep on hand. The first one expired after several years.
I haven't used it yet but I have it just in case of emergency!
