Received the Thaw Heating Pad as a Christmas Gift. It worked well for the last month, and then right on the one month anniversary, it stopped charging and no longer works. I did not have the need for a five hour period, or three heat levels but I did expect the battery to last longer than a month. Will be looking at other options when replacing.

Great idea poor execution. Cushion only heats up where the power bank is. The power bank is removed and charged with supplied charging cord and placed in a fabric lined zipped pocket in the front of the cushion. The actual power bank heats up and would make a good hand warmer, but it only heats the seat where the bank is...even on the highest setting it's not very warm.
Anyone with chronic pain knows how good heat feels when you apply it to where the pain is. My grandson plays baseball just about year round. Thanks to this wonderful cushion, I can now sit outside in the cold weather and actually enjoy watching him play! I gave it a trial run last week when the temperatures dipped into the 30's. I sat through 7 innings of baseball and enjoyed every minute of it! Thanks so much for this product! I bought it on sale but would have gladly paid full price for it because it is worth every penny!
