Cuff up the hems or wear ’em long with a modern salute to classic military form and function.
So, I'm a middle aged lady with the typical body to boot. I have property that needs trees limbed up, cut down, moved and processed. I purchased this coverall to be what i wear out on the land when crawling under tree limbs on the ground, running the chain saw, and the tasks above. This coverall took me by surprise though! Not only is it durable, thick, with good articulation and stretch, it's super cute on! I feel like it's slimming, and stylish. Which will make me feel great as i get out and get it dirty! The only bummer is that i will be essentially destroying it…
This garment was so frustrating. I love the idea and the fabric and the pockets but holy crow this has the wonkiest sizing! I typically wear an 8 or 10 pant and a medium top. I first ordered a 10. I couldn't get my torso in. The 12 fit my legs but I couldn't get my torso in. As in, the top of the shoulder was so far down I couldn't stand straight in it. The 14 is manageable. I'm afraid to was it though. I love the idea but PLEASE redo this one with a rational fit.
I've never owned coveralls but as I've gotten older I'm cold all the time. These coveralls are thick but not smothering and have just enough stretch to make getting them in and off easier and bending a breeze. I'm 5'3" and the torso is just a tad long but not obnoxiously so on me. I am here to buy another pair and thought I'd leave a review.
These coveralls are fantastic! I love everything about them. Quality construction and fabric. Not too heavy but very sturdy. I am 5'8" 120lbs and upsized gremendously to size 14. Yes, they are huge on me, but they are perfect to layer underneath if needed and give me total freedom to bend, squat and do all the gardening chores. Soft material, too!
I was impressed with the fabric quality and details within the design, on first view. However, this is NOT a "Coverall". I wear size 32 jeans & a size 12 with most retailers, Med in the Dang Soft boyshorts. I decided to order the 14 in these as I expected them to be "coveralls". I had on a thin pair of leggings and the bottom half was not bad but would not work over anything thicker. The top half was not made for anybody curvy. I was able to struggle into it, but as another reviewer stated, you would have to make sure to go to the bathroom before you NEED to go to the bathroom. I like the thought but please consider the reviews when the next batch is made. Also, PLEASE consider the top heavy females!
