I needed a pair of lightweight shorts for a European riverboat cruise and hiking. These shorts are perfect. They have nice stretch and a slimming look. I like the longer length and the 6 pockets (2 zippered). I will be comfortable wearing them for cruise excursions or hiking in Switzerland. I bought my normal size 6. (130lbs / 5'6")

Flexpedition shorts are very comfortable and I love the stretch fabric when moving around. The pockets are terrific and very convenient. I purchased 2 pair, one in the dark blue and one in grey. The fit is true to Duluth sizing (I normally wear a 12 but take a 10 in Duluth). PLEASE MAKE THESE IN BLACK!
I bought these shorts for a trip because I thought they would look a bit more polished to wear in the city. They did not disappoint. The shorts were very functional, with zippered pockets that are inconspicuously located for a more streamlined look. A much more sophisticated look than traditional cargo shorts. I highly recommend these.
These shorts are so comfortable. They flex with me and are not too tight in the thighs because I have muscular legs. They pack and wash well keeping their shape and no wrinkles. I wish we could get capris made from this type material.
I plan to wear these while hiking in the outback of Australia. These shorts have lots of pockets to keep stuff secure. I like the deep pockets with mesh lining. Also, having zippers on a few pockets is a big help. I plan to wear these often as we hike.
