Details
Reap big yields in the fields with our Heirloom Gardening™ Bib Overalls in a new slim leg fit! Made of extra durable ripstop nylon with a touch of spandex, these beauties keep you nimble as you sally forth through field, orchard or veggie patch. Designed with thoughtful Duluth details like double-layered waterproof knees, a Crouch Gusset® to prevent riding up and elastic straps that won’t shift as you bend to grab the perfect tomato. Plus, they’re packed with pockets! 14 in all, including a chest pocket divided into four handy sections, a tuckable cargo pocket with key clip, side and back pockets and our beloved thigh utility pockets too. When the afternoon sun threatens to overheat, legs convert to capris in a snap. So you can keep on pickin’ in cool comfort ’til the cows come home.
Size
there is a noticable difference between the colors in the printed catalog and the actual product when we received it.
These are a bit more true to size than the standard Heirloom bibs. In those I order a medium and they're a slim (but not overly tight) fit. These I went large, and while I think I could have fit into a medium, it would have been a bit too restrictive. The same quality you'd expect from the regular bibs. Not sure how I personally feel about the v-neck but no marks against the item for my personal preferences.
I own 3 pairs of the original Heirlooms, love them but the slim leg version is much improved. Superior material, straps, fit! Please add more colors!!
I wear 2x or 20w, but the xxl fits me the best. These are great for yardwork, errands, and I've been known to wear them to work occasionally. I prefer the slim leg over the straight.
