Comfortable, look good peeking out of the top of my boots. However, the size recommendations unfortunately left me with too big of socks. I was hoping they'd shrink in the wash, but they didn't shrink enough, and now I'm stuck trying to decide if I'm just going to have to buy a whole new set.

I wear wool bend socks from October on. I ordered these for Christmas & I LOVE them! Warm, without being too bulky & wash well. They seem thick enough in the heel, so shouldn't wear through. I ordered a size large, as I have big feet...no binding, no falling down.
These socks are decent enough quality of wool blend for the price, but they were far too long and constantly slide down inside my boots. Remember that feeling from your childhood? It's not fun. I think this would still happen even with a smaller size. The sock just isn't form-fitted enough to stay up. I wanted thicker boot socks for winter, but unfortunately, these aren't it.
The material is comfortable. Sadly the fit is too big.
These socks are so inconsistent in sizing! The last two pairs I just received are oddly large and baggy in the toe area but super tight in the ankle and calf. So tight they are cutting into me! Returning them is so expensive and I don't live anywhere near a store so I am stuck with socks I cannot wear. I love everything I order from Duluth Trading so I am really shocked to see such inconsistency with these.
