This timelessly simple Best Made Leather Belt is crafted from fine American leather by Wickett & Craig, a world-renowned tannery in Pennsylvania. They have over 150 years of mastery in their craft, and are one of only two remaining vegetable tanneries in the US. Vegetable tanning is a natural, eco-friendly process that results in rich saturated color, a supple hand and superior leather quality. It requires a great deal of time and skill to get right—around six weeks from hide to finished leather—but it’s worth waiting for. Finished with a roller buckle that makes adjustments smoother and reduces wear and strain on the leather.
