They have over 150 years of mastery in their craft, and are one of only two remaining vegetable tanneries in the US. Vegetable tanning is a natural, eco-friendly process that results in rich saturated color, a supple hand and superior leather quality. It requires a great deal of time and skill to get right—around six weeks from hide to finished leather—but it’s worth waiting for. This wallet’s slim design fits everything you need, with a large billfold and six slots for cards or notes.
