I purchased these pants on April 2 the carrier lost or claimed my order was destroyed at Salt Lake City Utah between April 7 & 8 they claimed to have contacted Duluth Trading yet I have not been contacted by either party so I am out a pair of pants. I expected to at the very least to been informed of the situation especially for the amount of money I spend on your products yearly. I tried calling and was put in a queue saying they would call me back in 15 minutes I waited 20 minutes on my lunch break and wasn't called back very disappointed in the service I really like the clothes but if this is how you treat your customers then I think I will start shopping elsewhere.

I like cargo pants because I carry several items and these pockets accommodate my needs.
They was really nice quality, they was my size, but didn't fit! So i had to return them back!
for years I was loyal to ( dirty word ) double front loggers the last set I bought ( 6 in April ) where all rags before Halloween switched to Duluth 14 years ago and am getting ready to buy my third set. they are comfortable and durable and have saved me from more than a few of my dumba$$ stunts.
