Comfortable, durable, lasted over a year before sole leaked.

I need comfortable shoes due to leg injuries. Rockports have been good to me, although my favorite brand, when I have the money is Ecco. I am also very rough on shoes, again due to my leg injuries. This pair is comfortable, sturdy, and waterproof (see below). When they did get wet, their color of the shoe shifted a little, but that was okay as they were comfortable and sturdy. I did use them walking on many different surfaces from gravel roads, to carpeted office buildings, and many different surfaces in between. After just over a year of partial wear (I switch regularly between 3 - 4 pairs of shoes) the sole of the left shoe wore through started to leak when walking in areas which are wet.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
