Named for the Arctic borough that's one of the gosh-danged coldest places on the planet, these leggings were built to capture body heat and hold it close. The hearty, extra-lofty 6.2-oz. 92% polyester/8% spandex fleece has knit-in channels for more warmth, less bulk, while flatlock seams eliminate chafing. An elastic waistband is built for ahhh-some comfort and stay-put-ability.
