They are very comfortable and keep you cool although it is spring time I have not really tried the cotton ones out in summertime. But they are super comfortable. It's almost like they're not there.

Different fit than regular buck naked briefs. More fabric, bunches in front legs near elastic, much thicker, elastic at least twice as wide and heavier. Fits tighter in the waist XL brief. Will see how I like them when weather is warmer. Color options could be better. The pink with designs is kinda drab-looks like it's been washed with dark load.
