I saw several reviews that mentioned they ran large. I was grateful because I usually wear a plus size, usually 2XL or 3XL plus. I took a chance and bought the 2XL in regular sizes because this wasn't offered in plus. And they fit great. Just thought I'd report that in case other plus size folks were wanting this great product. I love them!

Love these undies! I have had incontinence for years! Exercising was a little embarrassing, until I bought these! They are comfortable and keep me dry while exercising! They are not sexy, but they are not bulky either! They do run big. So size down when purchasing! Very comfortable!
So much more comfortable than wearing pads! They are breathable too. As has been stated they are a bit large, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing in my case. The overall shape works well and the size and shape of the pad is ample but not obvious. PLEASE, Please add some lighter colors as well, if you can.
These really work yet stay comfortable. I have 3 pairs. I wish rhere were different color selections.
I bought these for horseback riding to avoid chafe from wearing a pad. They work great. I just wish they came in more colors -- I'd buy enough for a whole week if they did.
