Love these Keens. Perfect fit for my narrow foot, as long as I wear low-cut running sox. No problem with heels, as other people have complained. I can wear these all day and walk miles in them. I'd like to replace these with same style and color, but my size isn't available now. Will keep looking!

These look cute, but man do they hurt the ankles. I tried wearing them loose as well but then they would flip flop and pull my socks down on my ankles causing them to rub my ankles even more. Not a good fit.

I LOVE my Keen's, own a pair of boots, 2 pair of sandals and 4 pair of the water shoes. I really wanted to love these too....unfortunately, the heel rubs so much on my ankles that I had to give them away. I tried heel liners, different insoles etc. The only thing that sort of worked was taking out the original insole and wearing them that way, but that defeated the purpose of having the Keen insole. Sadly, had to let them go. So cute, yet so uncomfortable. PLEASE KEEN, re-design the back of this shoe (it needs to come up farther on the heel to not rub).

These are pretty cute and comfortable EXCEPT that even after owning them for more than 4 months they still make the back of my ankle bleed if I walk them for more than a few minutes. Luckily, my job allows for plenty of sitting, but I've been trying to break them to no avail

I wanted a pair of "Con-like" shoes that offered some cushion and support. I am guessing the manufacture of these shoes is not consistent by the variety of reviews. I ordered my normal size and that part of the fit was perfect. The problem is that they slip on my heel when I walk. I tried with socks and they still slip. They seem to have more cushion than the other popular brand, which is what I had hoped. They will be returned due to heel slippage. :(
