Women's Plus Shiftless Duster Sweater

Longtime Duluth customer. I bought this cardigan on clearance and it arrived rolled up and shoved tightly into a too-small mailing envelope. When I pulled it out it had clearly been worn and returned then resold? There were long hairs and some pet hair all over it. I get reselling returned items on clearance, but can you at least remove hair and package appropriately?

I ordered a 1X and the arms were so short and way too tight so I sized up to a 3X which is a really big size for me and it was also too short and too tight in the arms. I was very disappointed in the quality as well because after it was laundered, it didn't lay flat and the corners are turned up.

I have very specific needs in terms of work clothes and this duster came just in time for me to test it out. It worked out great and looked great! The sleeve length in generous (which I like) but can be doubled back as a cuff. Thanks!

I wanted to love this duster so much! It's super soft and warm and fits great everywhere but the sleeves!! They seem to be extraordinarily small. The whole sleeve seems to be a different size. Too snug in the upper and forearm and even the cuff was restricting.. I've already trashed the tags or I'd return this..
