I loved this hat until I wore it on a windy day. All this hat needs is a fleece liner and it would be great.

I really wanted to love this hat, but it keeps creeping up on my head and almost slips off. I think it's the viscose in the fiber content that causes the problem. The design with the extension over the ears is a great idea, but maybe consider another yarn.
This hat will not stay down on my head like the photo. Instead it sticks up with a point and I'm only missing the red feather to look like Peter Pan. When I'm in the cart heading to feed the cows, the air gets underneath the ear flaps and your ears still freeze. It's not very heavy weight and maybe that is part of the reason why it doesn't stay in place. My friend with thicker hair tried it on and it seemed to fit her better. Wishing I had not taken the tags off so I could return it. In theory it's great, in reality it didn't work for my head.
It covers my ears. It fits under my hood without an annoying pompom. This is the second color I own. If you have a tiny head, this will probably be too large.
This is so comfy and warm.
