Stay light on your feet with compression socks made for a life on the go. Duluth’s Wide Calf Compression Socks boast moderate 15-20 mmHG compression, aiding in healthy circulation while keeping pain, swelling and even varicose veins at bay. A cool, silky blend of polyester feels cotton-y soft, but these fight fatigue, manage moisture and cushion shock like no socks you've ever experienced. Memory knit construction means they stay put on your foot – no bunching, creeping or chafing. The midweight knit even fends off blisters, and mesh zones in the ankle and toe give feet a breather. Aegis Microbe Shield® fights odors and stains. But the biggest deal is, the polyester we use in our socks is 25 times more durable than cotton, so you’ll have a pair of compression socks that you can count on for a good long time!

1. Calfs- If you have a little bigger than normal calf, get these. If you have a definite larger calf, these may not work. *the regular compression sock is pretty small in the calf compared to other compression sock companies. 2. Foot size. I got the "large" For reference- I'm 5'7" 215lbs. Shoe size 8.5W I got the "Large" size. They are big in the foot, but I manage (it is doable). Next time I would try the Medium
My doctor recommended that I wear compression socks to reduce ankle swelling. I chose this style because the color & pattern are cute, unlike most compression socks. When I put them on, I noticed that the ankle area was knit differently from the rest of the sock & was not as snug. When I removed my socks in the evening - after wearing them all day - I realized that my feet & calves had been compressed, but my ankles hadn't. My ankles were more swollen than they had Ever been, with bulging purple veins! It was a repulsive & rather frightening sight because the risk of swollen ankles is possible clotting which can lead to stroke! These socks are a bad design & could actually be a hazard to your health.
These socks are beautiful, but way too tight in the calf. I am not overly big in the calf, but I hate struggling to get socks on. They are in my Goodwill pile now. Someone will love them, but not I.
I bought these after making sure to measure my leg. These won't even go up and the ankle area is so tight I can barely get them over them. My ankles are small, but my calves are wide. Not a good purchase. I will see if my teenager wants them for work seeing as she stands up for 8 hrs at work.
