Great clogs, love the quality and style! The only reason for three stars is that this website is inaccurate. The only width available to select is "M" and in the listing deception it says, "Choose size M for a regular fit (C/D width) or size N for a narrow fit (A/B width)." So, one would assume that since "M" is the only option, you'd be getting "regular fit (C/D width)." The first pair I ordered arrived and the box clearly said that they were the narrow fit. I contacted customer service, explained this to them, and they were great!… had me send back and sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, though, the second pair was the exact same. After contacting customer service again, they said that they all must be narrow. It looks another customer experienced a similar issue as well. It also looks as if they haven't updated the website description here, so I'm just sharing this so that everyone knows… you will be getting Birkenstock's NARROW WIDTH. Not regular "M" (C/D width) as stated in the listing.

I love the new style of the Birkenstock clog .. was dis appointed that I ordered my size and medium wide and narrow wide arrived.. when I took them back to the store the manager stated that's what your going to get .. odd response when narrow was not an option to order.. I wear them without socks.
